Introduction

Situated just a minute's walk from Princes Street, with stunning views of the New Town, Princes Street and from some rooms, Edinburgh Castle. This is an elegant and extremely spacious guest house with many original features. Easy access to Edinburgh Airport and major road and rail networks. History to the present day

Built in the Georgian era and dates from 1820. The house is full of original features such as a bow wall and staircase, wooden panelling, cornicing and open fireplaces.  

Food and Drinks

Full Scottish breakfast served from 7.30am-10.00am weekdays and 8.00am-10.00am weekends, with vegetarian options available. Lunches and dinners are served in Rick's restaurant with a Scottish themed contemporary menu which uses only the best local produce and suppliers. The restaurant is open from 12.00pm-6.00pm for lunches and dinner from 6.00pm-10.00pm or 11.00pm at weekends. Relax in Rick's bar with a drink featuring an extensive list of cocktails, whiskies, beers and wines. Guests also receive a 10% discount on meals purchased while staying at the hotel.
