Introduction
Amberley Inn has long been one of the best known landmarks in the great expanse of open grassland that is Minchinhampton Common. Whilst enjoying magnificent views of the Golden Valley and the hills beyond, it combines the friendly welcoming atmosphere of the village inn with the comforts of a well-run small hotel.
Surrounded by the lovely countryside of the Cotswolds, it is located just three miles from the busy small town of Stroud.
There are two cosy bars, one with wood panelled walls, and both with log fires in winter. Each has its own ambience and both are well frequented by the local population.
The high quality restaurant offers a dinner menu specialising in fresh fish whilst still offering a good range of well presented meat and game dishes, or choose from the all day menu, offering a wide choice of both traditional bar food and high quality dishes.
The double rooms are also available for single occupancy please use promotional code DBSING.
