Introduction

This 4 star friendly, family run guest house is situated in the heart of Edinburgh and only a few minutes walk to the Cameron Toll shopping Centre. An ideal location for exploring Edinburgh's famous historic landmarks or for touring the beautiful countryside of Scotland. 

Choose from double, twin and family rooms which are light, airy and have views over the gardens, Blackford Hill, The Royal Observatory and Arthurs Seat. All rooms are en-suite, with additional seating and are equipped with a television, hairdryer and hospitality tray. For disabled or limited mobility guests, there is a double room available on the ground floor. Please note there is one step up at the building entrance. Please note that there is a minimum of three nights stay at New Year, Easter, bank holidays and rugby fixtures.

Built in the 19th Century and retains many period features and architecture.

Food and Drinks

Full Scottish breakfast included and served freshly to order. Choose from a variety of cooked items, including vegetarian options. Cereals, porridge, toast and preserves, fresh fruit and fruit juices are available as well as tea and coffee.
