This family run hotel offers comfortable friendly accommodation in central London, near Hyde Park. An ideal base for touring London with many famous attractions including Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Westminister Abbey, London Eye to name just a few. It is also within walking distance of the West End with it's theatre shows and shopping. Situated conveniently to many transport links including Paddington Station, with mainline and Heathrow Express trains and Lancaster Gate and Marble Arch underground stations just three minutes walk away.
Single, double, twin, triple and family en suite rooms available with televisions and satellite news channels, WI FI, telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Triple and family rooms feature re-furbished shower rooms and air-conditioning. Travel cots are provided free of charge, please specify when booking. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift, but staff will offer assistance with luggage. You may request a room on a lower floor if required. Free travel cots supplied for children under two years, please allocate when booking.
History to the present day
Barry House was built in 1839 as a Victorian town house on the Hyde Park estate.

The hotel backs on to Bathurst Mews, home of the Hyde Park Stables, which offer horseback riding and riding lessons in the park. Hyde Park is one of London's most famous royal parks with 350 acres of grounds to explore which include 4000 trees, lakes, tennis courts, lido swimming, childrens playgrounds and the Princess Diana and 7th July memorials.
