Introduction

The Beach Brow is a small, family run hotel with helpful, friendly staff offering a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere with spacious rooms some with sea views.

The hotel is situated opposite the beach with views of the fishing pier which ships use on route to Dover and the Channel and on a clear day you can see France. Top golf courses Royal St Georges, Royal Cinque Port and Princes and many more are a short drive and there are some beautiful walks over the White Cliffs to Dover, Sandwich, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate.

Coach and railway stations are in easy walking distance and the hotel is a short drive from the Dover ferry for an easy crossing to Calais by ship or Euro Tunnel. The town centre with shops and local amenities are a short walk away. Pets are welcome with prior notice given.

History to the present day

The hotel was founded around the late 1700, when Lord Nelson's flag officers would stay during the time that Lord Nelson's ship berthed in Deal.

Food and Drinks

Breakfast is served Monday - Friday 8.00am - 9.00am and Saturday and Sunday 8.30am - 9.30am, this consists of a full English or cereals and toast.

The hotel has a new independently run a la carte Restaurant and Bar which is open for lunch every day from 12.00pm - 2.30pm and Monday - Saturday evenings 7.00pm - 9.30pm. The resturant also caters for Wedding receptions, Parties, and other functions.

Directions:  Head southwest on Sandwich Rd/A256 toward Meverall Ave, continue to follow A256 and go through four roundabouts, at the fifth roundabout take the first exit to A258, continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit onto Deal Road continue to the next roundabout take the first exit to London Road, turn left onto Queen Street, turn left and then right onto Beach Road.
