Introduction

Dating back to the 18th Century and set in the peaceful countryside location of Bradford on Avon, on the edge of an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only 7 miles from Bath, these converted farm buildings now house en suite rooms, all with their own separate entrance in farmhouses built from local limestone. There are 2 double rooms, 2 twin/double rooms and a family room, with all but 1 in detached converted farm buildings. Each has its own front door key and patio area, giving you the independence to come and go as you please. All rooms have full en suite facilities including bath and shower and are decorated to a very high standard with exposed beams, stripped wooden floors and country pine furnishings. All double beds are a minimum of 5 foot with the majority being 6 foot.

Rooms are not available for one night on a Friday or Saturday. Over a Bank Holiday weekend there is a three night minimum stay. At Christmas and the New Year the rates do not include daily room servicing or breakfast. This is because over this period guests usually wish to join family and friends living locally for meals.

Food and Drinks

Breakfast is taken in the conservatory in the main farmhouse using local produce. A choice of a Wiltshire breakfast with bacon, sausage and eggs, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, home made waffles, porridge or Continental breakfast including croissants, danishes, toast and jams. Special diets also catered for (prior notice to be given).

Other facilities

Fridge available in the games room. Private lit patios to sit out in the evenings. Wine glasses and corkscrew provided. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed.

Directions: From Bath: Depart A4 toward A3039. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto slip road. Merge onto A4. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto A363 Bradford Rd. Keep right to stay on A363 Bradford Rd. Bear left onto B3105 Leigh Rd West. Turn left to stay on B3105. Turn right onto B3107 Holt Rd.

From London: Take M4. At exit 17 take slip road left for A429/A350 toward Cirencester/Chippenham. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto A350. Pass through 5 roundabouts remaining on A350. At roundabout take 4th exit onto A4/Bath Rd. Keep left toward B3109 Bradford Rd. Keep straight onto B3109 Bradford Rd. Turn left onto B3105. Turn left to stay on B3105. Turn right onto B3107 Holt Rd.
