Introduction
Boydens is a friendly, relaxed and traditional guesthouse, located in a quiet residential avenue in the vibrant area of Kemp Town. The property is within easy walking distance of The Brighton Centre, The Royal Pavilion, theatres and shopping. Children over the age of twelve are welcome. Attendees of conferences must book for the duration of the conference. There is a minimum of 2 nights stay at weekends and 3 nights stay on bank holidays, The Great Escape & Brighton Pride.
History to the present day
Built around the 1900's as a guest house for the holidaying Edwardians.
Food and Drinks
Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 8.00am - 8.45am, Weekends & Bank Holidays 8.00am - 9.15am. Enjoy a continental or full English breakfast cooked with fresh ingredients daily. All served with a good selection of fruit juices, toast, fresh teas and coffees. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please inform the host upon arrival.

Directions: From London M25, head south on the M23 for Brighton. Follow the signs for the town centre/seafront. When you see Brighton's Royal Pavilion coming into view on your right, with the Pavilion still in front of you take a left at the set of traffic lights into Edward Street (You will see a signpost for the Hospital at this junction). Drive up the hill and turn right just before the set of traffic lights (not the pedestrian lights) This is St James's Avenue.
By Train: Good rail links from London Victoria and The City Of London Bridge, express services take 50 minutes otherwise allow an hour. There are coastal links to and from Chichester to the west and Hastings to the east.
By Taxi: Approx fare £5.00 to Boydens from Brighton station.
