Introduction

Situated in the green belt area of Liberton just 10 minutes by local transport to the centre of Edinburgh. The property is located on three bus routes into the city ensuring easy, stress free travelling without the need for a car. Guests are supplied with their own front door key to allow any time access into the property. The accommodation has beautiful views from the bedrooms towards landmarks such as Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh Royal Observatory, Braid Hills and The Hermitage of Braid which is just two minutes from the guest house. Other nearby attractions are Rosslyn Chapel, and Craigmillar Castle. Locally situated to Edinburgh University campus of Kings Buildings and the University central campus in Bristo Square.

Choose from 6 comfortable rooms, all en-suite and supplied with fluffy towels and soap. Each room includes television, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer, comfy chairs and a welcome tray with tea, coffee and homemade shortbread. Free WiFi is available in all rooms on request.

Food and Drinks

Full Scottish breakfast included and served from 8.00am-9.00am Monday to Saturday and Sunday between 8.30am-9.30am this is served in the comfortable and light dining room. Choose from traditional cooked breakfasts which includes haggis or omelettes freshly cooked to order or if you prefer something lighter, cereals, yoghurts, toast and preserves are also available.

A pay phone and tourist information leaflets are located in the hall for guests convenience. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

Directions: From A720 city bypass signposted Edinburgh South & East. Continue until Straiton Junction. At the end of the slip road turn first left onto the A701 with signs for Edinburgh City Centre (South), continue for 3 miles. Pass through 2 main traffic light junctions signposted Liberton. After the second junction the property will be situated half a mile further down on the left-hand side.
