Directions: From Torquay City Centre: Take A3022 (Avenue Road) after 0.2miles turn left into Falkland Road. After 0.2miles turn right into Belgrave Road.

From Exeter: Take A30. Take slip road right for A38 toward Plymouth & Torquay. Bear left toward A380 Telegraph Hill. Keep straight onto A380 Telegraph Hill. At roundabout take 2nd exit. At roundabout take 1st exit onto A3022 Riviera Way. Turn left onto Mill Lane. Turn right onto South Street. Road name changes to Belgrave Road.
