This family run guest house, awarded 3 stars by Visit Scotland is conveniently located to the City Bypass on the main bus route which takes just 15 minutes into Edinburgh City Centre. Edinburgh has many attractions to offer such as Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, Royal Mile, shops, bars and restaurants.

Choose from 7 newly refurbished bedrooms including singles, doubles, twins and family rooms some en suite with television, radio, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Travel cots are provided free of charge for under 2's. Please note there is a minimum stay of 3 nights over New Year.

History to the present day

Built in 1890 and designed in the traditional Victorian style with many original features remaining.

Directions: From the M8 towards Edinburgh/Stirling/M80/Carlisle/M74. At Hermiston Jct, take the 3rd exit onto the A71/A720 to Edinburgh W/Kilmarnock/W Calder, bear slight left onto A720, take the exit. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Gilmerton Rd/A772, go over the roundabout in to Drum Street.
