Introduction

This privately owned, luxury four star country house hotel is set in the heart of Ayrshire only ten minutes from Prestwick Airport and around thirty minutes from Glasgow. Ayrshire offers visitors a wide choice of activities from visiting historic castles such as Culzean Castle to golf, fishing, clay pigeon shooting and archery.

The hotel offers 6 luxury spacious bedrooms with high ceilings and large windows and all have been furnished and decorated in its own unique manner. Each bedroom includes tea and coffee facilities, hairdryers, television and large bathrooms with fluffy towels and bathrobes.

In addition to its bedrooms the hotel offers a very different, charming retreat, the 'Woodland Lodge'. The wooden exterior opens to a luxurious interior with a Grohle double shower room, relaxation area with seating, television, DVD and CD as well as a mini bar and dressing area. 

History to the present day

Originally built as a private residence in the late 1930s, and now enjoying a new role as a beautifully appointed country house hotel. 

Food and Drinks

Full English/Scottish breakfast served in the award winning Browne's Restaurant. It holds many accolades including a Michelin and Good Food guide entry as well as two AA Rosettes .The newly designed restaurant with it's a la Carte Menu, uses the very best local produce. It also serves lunch and dinner throughout the week, select from one, two or three courses from the varied menu. 

Relax in the main reception room with its comfortable sofas and in the winter a blazing log fire. Enjoy afternoon tea and other refreshments throughout the day.

Relax outdoors in the hotels gardens, with seating available or explore its further 350 acres of grounds.

Directions: From A719/B742. Turn right onto this road and follow the signs for Mossblown and Annbank. At the crossroads in Mossblown turn left and then right following signs for Annbank but proceed past Annbank, the estate entrance is 50 metres on the left hand side.
