Introduction

Situated in the Corstorphine area of Edinburgh with a pleasant, village-like atmosphere with fine restaurants, shops and other amenities. It is well served by the excellent and frequent bus service which takes only 10 minutes to the city centre, Edinburgh International Airport and mainline train stations. Edinburgh offers many attractions such as Holy Rood Palace, Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Princes Street and many shops, restaurants and bars.

Five rooms available including double, twin, triple and an en suite family room which has a king size bed and 2 single beds. Each room has central heating, tea and coffee making facilities and a flat screen television. In addition the family room has both a DVD and CD player. Please note: there is a minimum of three nights stay at New Year.

Full Scottish breakfast included and served in the light and airy breakfast room from 7.30am-9.00am, with vegetarian options available. Choose from a variety of cooked items, fresh fruit, toast and preserves, yoghurts, cereals, porridge, eggs, fruit juices, tea and freshly brewed coffee.

Directions: From the M8 towards Edinburgh/Stirling/M80/Carlisle/M74. At Hermiston Jct, take the 1st exit onto the A720 and merge onto A720. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A8 to Edinburgh West & N/Leith, merge onto Glasgow Rd/A8, keep right at the fork and to follow A8. Go through 1 roundabout and destination will be on the right.
