Introduction

The Homestead with a large indoor heated swimming pool, hot-tub and mini-gym has a country setting, in grounds of over 7 acres, at the end of its own private lane.

All the accommodation is ensuite, with some bedrooms located on the ground floor. All bedrooms have direct dial telephones with free calls. Free internet network access points and WiFi.

Also available is The Country View Suite - a fully self-contained ground floor private suite of rooms, furnished and fitted to a very high standard. Specifically designed for three adults. It comprises a lounge/dining room with galley kitchen, double bedroom and large en suite shower room withW.C. It is the ideal environment for less mobile guests.

Children over 12 years old are welcome.

Food and Drinks

Breakfast is served between 7.30am - 9.00am. There is an extensive and flexible breakfast menu including a full English breakfast that consists of: 2 free range eggs, grilled back bacon, grilled pork sausages, grilled hash browns, grilled tomato, mushrooms and baked beans. A good alternative is offered including a selection of fruit juices, cereals, including porridge oats, croissants, pancakes and bagels with smoked salmon together with an extensive choice of teas and coffees.

Grounds and gardens

Set in grounds of over 7 acres with an abundance of birds and wildlife, together with free range hens.

Other facilities

All the rooms are equipped with fresh linen, towels and bathrobes, TV, clock/radio/alarm, fully stocked beverage tray, complimentary bottled waters, central and supplementary heating, hairdryer, iron, trouser press, ceiling fan. Broadband ADSL internet access is available in all rooms.

Directions:  On approaching the town, follow the signs at every roundabout to Wivelsfield Station. Turn left into Valebridge Road, Homestead Lane is on the right with the B&B at the end of the lane.

Haywards Heath is 2 miles. Brighton 10 miles south. The town centre is about 1½ miles away.

Wivelsfield main line station is 10 minutes walk, with 4 trains an hour to Gatwick, Croydon & London. There is also an hourly service to Lewes & Eastbourne.
