The Metropole Hotel is a landmark hotel in Padstow. This 4 star hotel is the first significant building you notice on entering this vibrant town. Perched on a hill, overlooking the town, harbour and the Camel Estuary. The Metropole Hotel is a classic Victorian design and has a range of individually-appointed rooms, many with stunning harbour or estuary views. Double, twin, select or premier rooms available with most select and premier rooms having walk-in showers, bathrobes and complimentary newspapers.

History to the present day

Built in 1901 this Victorian hotel retains many period features including open fireplaces. Padstow is a traditional fishing village and today is probably best known for its wonderful seafood.

Food and Drinks

Full English or Continental breakfasts included. The hotel has two restaurants, the award winning Harbour Restaurant has sea views over the harbour and offers a Daily Menu that includes local produce. The Harbour Restaurant is open from 6.30pm-9.00pm. The Met Café Bar offers less formal dining, serving light snacks, afternoon teas, lunches and dinners from 10.00am-9.00pm. Relax in the comfortable bar area with views over the Camel Estuary.
