Introduction

The New Steine Hotel is an elegant and fashionable five-storey Georgian Townhouse in central Brighton. Following recent refurbishment, it has re-opened with a modern design of hotel that exudes warmth and style, with a hint of French influence. Offering exceptional value and cheap rates comparable to most hotels but retains the same level of service as any more expensive hotel in Brighton. Food and Drinks

The Breakfast Buffet has a selection of freshly baked croissants, delicious Danish pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, selection of cheeses and cold meats, and fruit juices. Not to be beaten, the hot menu has a selection of English, Vegetarian or Vegan options, with all produce locally sourced and supplied from Sussex.

Breakfast is available between 8.00am to 10.00am midweek and 8.30am to 10.30am at weekends.

For those with an early start, breakfast is available from 7.00am. Fancy being
pampered even more? Take advantage of the relaxed breakfast times and order
continental breakfast in bed until 10.30am, at no extra charge.

The New Steine Bistro caters for snacks throughout the day and evening meals, 7 days a week. Offering homemade French cuisine along with British fare, with either a full a la carte menu or daily 3 course special menu, it is the perfect place to enjoy exquisite food in a welcoming environment.

Available for hire a selection of conference rooms with full facilities, with a capacity up to 55 people theatre style, which can be hired out on a room only basis, or on a selection of Day and 24 Hour delegate rates.

Directions: Located in the picturesque New Steine square, just off the Brighton Seafront. In the heart of Kemptown and Brighton, and only a 5 minute walk to the city centre.

From Brighton train station a short taxi ride costs approximately £4.00 or the No.'s 7, 14, 27 or 712 bus goes to the New Steine.
By car, the A23 ends at the Brighton Pier. Take a left onto Marine Parade and the New Steine square is the 9th road on the left.
By coach, turn left out of the coach station onto Marine Parade and the New Steine Hotel is a 2 minute walk away.
