Introduction

Set beneath the Preseli Hills in North Pembrokeshire, our tranquil small working farm is bordered by the pristine little River Nevern.

The B&B consists of just two rooms, one double and one twin, both en-suite.

Guests are welcome to use the comfortable lounge with colour television, radio and an assortment of books and information with a wood burning stove just in case there’s a chill in the air.

History to the present day

Known not just for the region’s outstanding natural beauty, this sleepy corner of Wales boasts an abundance of ruins and relics from a bygone age. These remnants, castles, mills, palaces, farms, churches, and cathedrals, as well as stone circles, earthen forts, roundhouses, and burial chambers, tell the story of life in Wales in an interesting and often interactive manner. 

Food and Drinks

We offer a full cooked breakfast using our own or locally sourced organic produce when available, as well as fruit and cereals.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement (please request using the Additional Information section of the booking form) and are priced at £18 for two courses or £20 for three.

We are happy to cater for special diets.

Grounds and gardens

Penyrallt Uchaf Farm is a 40 acre farm with a prize winning herd of angora goats. We began breeding Chrido Angoras back in 1992 starting with two crossbred goats. Currently the herd numbers around 140. We also have a few Dexter cattle, horses and pure-bred free range chickens, geese and peacocks.

There are a number of footpaths that cross the farm.

How to Find Us:

Penyrallt Uchaf is located 1.5 miles from Crymych. On the A478 at Crymych turn off at the Crymych Arms towards Eglwyswrw. Follow this road for about 1.5 miles passing a turning to Crosswell on your left with a small post box, after the next bend turn right after about 150 metres down a farm track just before the farm sign. After about half a mile you will reach the farmhouse.

The nearest railway station is located in Fishguard (18 miles).
