Introduction
A family-run Bed & Breakfast set in the village of Arrochar, only a 40 minute drive from Glasgow and 5 minutes from Loch Lomond, makes this cottage a perfect base for touring, walking, golf, fishing and many other outdoor pursuits. Situated in the middle of the village only 100 yards from the shop and Post Office and only 200 yards from two restaurants and the pub.
There are six rooms in total. Five have en-suite facilities, with the single room having its own private bathroom. Five of the bedrooms have views overlooking the Loch. For families there are two family rooms with plenty of outdoor space to play in. There is a ground floor room available for those with limited mobility.

Food and Drinks
Rowantreebank prides itself on a substantial Scottish breakfast called 'The Cobbler'. Other breakfasts include a vegetarian option, Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or a continental breakfast.
There is an arrangement with Loch Long Hotel where Rowantreebank guests can have a four course meal with a discounted price if pre-booked through the B&B.

Directions: From Glasgow: Head for M8 towards Kilmarnock/Greenock/Glasgow Airport. At exit 30 take slip road left for M898 toward Erskine Bridge(Toll). Keep straight onto A8981. Take slip road left for A82/Great Western Road. Pass through 5 roundabouts, remaining on A82. Keep straight onto A83.
