Situated just 5 minutes from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water in the Cotswolds and next door to an old mill and the river Windrush, this family run bed & breakfast offers either double or twin accommodation in their Garden Room. This 3 star property offers white linen and Egyptian cotton towels for maximum comfort, tea and coffee making facilities, a television with DVD player and radio alarm. Wi Fi internet access is also available throughout the property. One small dog is accepted to stay in the Garden Room, please book as an upgrade.

Frequently called the Venice of the Costwolds, Bourton-on-the-Water is a popular destination for visitors. Offering easy access to the rest of the Cotswolds, it is a great base from which to explore the area.

The garden is also available to guests and is very sunny due to its south facing aspect. The property is in a a very peaceful location and has an abundance of wildlife, such as kingfishers and trout. At your request breakfast can be served in the garden.

Directions: Exit the M40 at Junction 8 onto the A40 for Oxford. Follow the A40 around Oxford towards Cheltenham. At the Burford roundabout take the A361 through Burford then the A424 towards Stow. The A424 meets the A429 Fosse Way just south of Stow on the Wold, turn left at the traffic lights and head towards Bourton-on-the-Water.
