Introduction
Sunnycroft is the perfect place from which to explore Cornwall. Offering comfort and luxury blended with charming period character. The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable - all rooms are en-suite, centrally heated and complete with a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarm, hairdryer and a selection of toiletries.
Conveniently located on the edge of St Austell, Sunnycroft is within easy reach of Cornwall’s best beaches and attractions. It is just a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants of this busy coastal town. Less than 3 miles away is the wonderful Eden Project. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, also just a few minutes drive from Sunnycroft, is another Cornish treasure that offers an amazing day out, whatever the weather.
The south Cornish coast has a unique beauty, and there are many wide sweeping bays, tiny hidden coves and ancient fishing villages to discover.
History to the present day
Built in the 1930s, Sunnycroft is a beautiful, detached house surrounded by lovely mature gardens.
Food and Drinks
The large breakfast room is light and airy and a hearty full English breakfast is served or a fresh Continental feast with cereals, tea, coffee and juices.
Guests are offered a light supper or sandwiches for those who just want to relax either in their rooms or in the snug guest lounge.
There are a number of local restaurants & pubs within easy reach of Sunnycroft offering fantastic great local produce.

Directions: From Exeter take the A30 west (signposted 'Okehampton'). Continue on this road until you pass the exit for Bodmin, after which the dual carriageway comes to an end at a roundabout. Take the first left to St Austell (A391), following this road all the way until it reaches the A390. Turn right onto the A390. Staying on the A390, you will pass an ASDA supermarket on your left. Shortly after ASDA you will come across a double roundabout with a McDonald's on the left - go straight across. Sunnycroft is approximately 400 metres on the right hand side.
