Choose from single, twin and double en suite rooms which include digital freeview television, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone and hairdryer. Cots and ready beds are available for children when sharing adult rooms. Please note, accommodaton is situated on three floors and due to the age and design of the property there is no lift access. Please note, there is a minimum of 2 nights stay at weekends. 

History to the present day

Built in the Victorian era, the house still retains a wealth of architectural detail, including original mosaic tiled floors in the richly decorated hallway, and stained glass windows along with impressive fireplaces in the beautifully appointed lounge and dining area.

Full English/Welsh breakfast served freshly to order in the period dining room along with fresh fruit juices, tea and coffee.

Grounds and gardens

Guests are welcome to make full use of the front and rear gardens of the house. Please note: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, gardens or car park.

Directions: Exit the M4 Motorway at Junction 32 and take the A470 to Cardiff City Centre. Get into the right hand lane and follow the Castle around, keeping it on your right hand side. Proceed across the bridge and River Taff, stay in the right hand lane. At traffic lights, turn right into Cathedral Road.
